We hope you love your purchase from Bon Beau Joli, but if something isn’t quite right, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be registered through our Return Portal:
Your Right to Return
You may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for any reason, as long as the items meet our return conditions.
Returns are not free. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Our Return Conditions
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags, labels and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made pieces
- Sale items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately via the return portal or email us at info@bonbeaujoli.com.
We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund in line with your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Refunds & exchanges
Once your return has been received and approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes up to 10 business days after receipt of the return.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
Please note: your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
At this time, we offer exchanges only for the same product in a different size or colour, and only if available.
If the requested replacement is not in stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Returns from Outside the EU
Customers outside the EU can also return items, but:
- Original shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable.
- Return shipping and customs declarations are the responsibility of the customer.
