Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, iDeal and Bancontact. All transactions are processed through secure gateways via our payment partner Stripe.
When will my card/bank be charged?
Your payment is taken when your order is confirmed. If your order is later cancelled before dispatch, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we aim to process it swiftly. If you wish to amend or cancel, please contact us within 2 hours from your order time. After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled; you may return the item after delivery (see Returns & Exchanges).
Are prices inclusive of tax?
For deliveries within the EU, our prices include applicable VAT. For orders outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply on receipt and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship across Europe and many international destinations. If your country isn’t listed, let us know and we’ll look into it.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
What are your shipping times?
Indicative delivery times:
Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
United States/Outside EU: 7–14 business days

Will I receive a tracking code?
Absolutely. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you tracking details.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return my order?
We hope you love your purchase from Bon Beau Joli, but if something isn’t quite right, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
