SHIPPING POLICY

We carefully prepare and ship all Bon Beau Joli orders from the Netherlands.

Shipping destinations
Bon Beau Joli ships within the Netherlands, throughout Europe and to selected international destinations. Available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and order value.

Delivery times
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout where available and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that international shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs procedures or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs
Applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Where available, free shipping may apply above the order value indicated at checkout.

Duties & taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable VAT is handled as part of your order.

For destinations outside the European Union, local VAT, import duties, customs charges and/or carrier administration fees may apply. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
