Returns

We hope you love your Bon Beau Joli pieces. If you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Bon Beau Joli does not provide free return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

For partial returns, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the complete order is returned within the statutory withdrawal period, the original standard shipping costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Additional costs for express, premium or upgraded shipping are non-refundable.

Please request your return through your Bon Beau Joli customer account before sending your items back.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please request a return through your customer account and contact us at info@bonbeaujoli.com with your preferred size. Exchanges are subject to availability.
